Stewardship

Stewardship can be defined simply as making the most responsible use of one’s gifts and resources. It necessitates the recognition of life as a gift, bestowed upon each person by God and responded to in a spirit of humility and gratitude. Having the wisdom to understand that everything that we have is a gift from God and having the heart to give back.

The function of the Stewardship Committee at St. Anthony church is to maintain, grow and restructure its various ministries and committees. The committee helps coordinate and evaluate the various ministries and committees at our church. Initiates new ministries and committees as needs are identified; supports ministry leaders in developing their ministries and committees; helps cultivate parishioner gifts of time and talent through ministry forums and fairs.
